Basic values for the Powerpackage function

The attached tables taken from the Powerpackage Operating Manual show the relationship between Air pressure - Oil pressure - Pressforce for the Standard Powerpackage Cylinders. Values for other cylinders, as well as stroke frequencies and air consumption, are available on request.

Due to the internal piston ratio, each Powerpackage develops a defined oil pressure dependent on the air pressure. The resulting pressforce corresponds to the generated oil pressure.

The air pressure can be obtained from the gauge on the air servicing unit. For a reading of the oil pressure, each Powerpackage Cylinder is equipped with a high pressure connector, which allows connection of a gauge or an oil pressure switch from our TOX accessories program.

Adjusting the air pressure affects the oil pressure and the resulting press force.
